Our philosophy
The philosophy of the Big Hand Event is to cover the latest developments in hand surgery and hand therapy. The formula is unique because different input will be given from the perspective of plastic (hand) surgery, orthopaedic surgery, trauma surgery, rehabilitation medicine and hand therapy.
This years event:
For this year’s meeting 13 April 2018, a number of internationally renowned presenters will speak on a number of interesting subjects:
- peripheral nerve problems and therapy
- intrinsic muscles
- musicians hand
- biomechanics of the flexor tendons,
- rotation problems of the lower arm,
- Wrist: scaphoid fractures and SL ligaments
The language will be English all day.
Accreditation
• For all medical specialisms via GAIA
• For Dutch therapists:
– Fysiotherapeuten; KNGF Accreditatie
– Kwaliteits Keurmerk Fysiotherapie in aanvraag.
– Ergotherapeuten; Accreditatie in behandeling door ADAP (ergotherapie)
