Joost Colaris finished his doctoral degree in medicine at the university of Leuven and graduated cum laude at the University of Leiden. In 2010 he became an Orthopedic surgeon. Since then he is working at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam focused on elbow, wrist and hand pathology.
